Software support shouldn't feel like sending a message into a black hole. At Quiltler, we're trying to do things differently. When you have a question, discover a problem, or have an idea for making Quiltler better, there is a very real chance your message will be read and answered directly by the person building the software.

How to reach us
Pick whichever is easiest:
- Email: chris@quiltler.com
- In the studio: open quiltler.com/app and use the chat bubble. You do not need to hunt for a ticket form.
- About the product: what Quiltler is, who builds it, and why it is different.
Fastest path: if you are already signed in, send the message from the studio so we can see the account it belongs to. Otherwise email Chris and include as much as you can about what you were trying to do.
No Giant Support Department
Quiltler is an independently built platform.
That means you aren't talking to a massive outsourced support center disconnected from the product.
You're talking to people who actually understand how Quiltler works.
And often, you're talking directly to the developer responsible for building it.
That can make a huge difference.
If something isn't working properly, the person responding may also be the person who can fix it.
Your Feedback Actually Matters
Some companies collect feature requests for years.
Quiltler is still evolving quickly, which means customer feedback has a genuine opportunity to influence the product.
When users repeatedly struggle with something, that's useful information.
When quilters describe a workflow that could be easier, that's useful information.
When someone has a great idea, that's useful information too.
Those conversations help determine where Quiltler goes next. That is the same loop described on Meet the Developer.
Sometimes the Best Features Start With One Message
Many software improvements begin with something simple:
“Could Quiltler do this?”
That's one of the advantages of building software closely with its users.
A suggestion doesn't automatically mean a feature will be built, but good ideas are taken seriously.
And because the person reading the idea may also be the person capable of building it, the feedback loop can be unusually short.
Built by Someone Who Cares About the Product
Quiltler isn't one product inside a giant corporate portfolio.
It's something being worked on constantly.
There is real personal investment in making it useful.
That means paying attention when something feels confusing.
Fixing things that aren't working.
Improving existing features.
Experimenting with new ideas.
And trying to make the experience better every week.
A Family-Built Perspective
Behind Quiltler is a normal family life filled with work, kids, projects, creativity, and the challenge of trying to make the most of limited time.
That influences how Quiltler is built.
Creative software should help people spend more time creating and less time fighting with software.
It should make complicated tasks easier.
And it should respect the fact that quilting is something people often fit into already-busy lives.
Have an Idea? Send It.
If you're using Quiltler and think something could be easier, faster, clearer, or more useful, we'd genuinely like to hear it.
- Tell us what you're trying to accomplish.
- Tell us what's getting in your way.
- Tell us what you wish Quiltler could do.
You may be helping shape what Quiltler becomes next.
