No One Here Can Fake Having Made the Quilt

Quilters buy patterns on the strength of two claims: that the pattern works, and that the photographs are real. Both are easy to fake almost everywhere else, so we check them.

  • AI photos are watermarked at the source. Burned in as the image is made, and a seller cannot remove the AI label.
  • “Made by quilters” must be earned. Only a verified buyer can post a finished-quilt photo, and the seller cannot delete it.
  • Reviews require a receipt. No purchase, no review — and sellers can reply but never edit or delete one.
  • A pattern you bought cannot be resold. Purchased designs stay marked, so a designer's work cannot reappear under another name.
