Delete your account

Delete account, at the foot of your account page, removes your account and everything in it for good. Cancel any subscription first.

Where to find it

Your name in the top bar → Danger zone → Delete account

Open your account
At the foot of the account page, Danger zone holds Delete account; Delete my account opens the confirmation with a password box, the I understand this is permanent tick box and Delete account permanently, which is not pressed

How to do it

  1. Press your name at the top right to open your account, and scroll to Danger zone.
  2. Have a subscription? Cancel it first: Manage billing for one bought on the web, or Settings on your iPhone or iPad for one through Apple.
  3. Press Delete my account, enter your password, and tick I understand this is permanent and my data cannot be recovered.
  4. Press Delete account permanently.

Good to know

  • Your quilts can’t be brought back afterwards, so save pictures or patterns of any you want to keep first.
