Find a pattern you bought, or track an order

Your orders keeps parcels on their way, past orders and Patterns you own. Open a pattern you own to download it again or add the quilt to your library.

Top bar → More → Orders

Open your orders

How to do it

  1. Open More in the top bar and choose Orders.
  2. Parcels are under On the way and Past orders. Press one for its items, history and the address it’s going to.
  3. When it comes, press It arrived. If something’s wrong, press Report a problem, pick what happened, and the shop is told.
  4. Your patterns are under Patterns you own. Open one and press Download the pattern, or Add the quilt to my library to recolor and resize it in the designer.

Good to know

  • Questions about an order? Message shop on the order’s page keeps the conversation with that order.
  • A receipt goes to your email when you pay.
