Message a shop or a pattern designer

Ask a shop about a product, a pattern or an order with Message shop. Every conversation is kept in Messages, and the shop is emailed if they aren’t online.

A designer’s shop, a product or an order → Message shop; every conversation is in More → Messages

Open your messages
On a pattern's page the designer's name opens her shop; Message shop opens a conversation, and a question about the pattern's yardage is typed into Write a message… beside Send

How to do it

  1. On a pattern, press the designer’s name to open their shop. On a product or one of your orders, the button is on the page itself.
  2. Press Message shop.
  3. Type your question in Write a message… and press Send, or ⌘ Enter (Ctrl Enter on Windows). The shop is told by email if they aren’t online.
  4. Find every conversation later under More → Messages. A number shows replies you haven’t read.

Good to know

  • Message from your order’s page, so the shop knows which order you mean.
