Ask a real person for help

The chat button in the corner of every page messages Chris, who makes Quiltler. Messages land on his phone, and his reply comes back to the same chat.

Where to find it

The round chat button, bottom left of every page, or Message Chris at the foot of the page

Go to the studio
The round chat button in the corner opens Chris at Quiltler, with starters such as How do I…? and Something's broken; a question about making the quilt bigger is typed into Write to Chris…, and a guide that may answer it appears above the box

How to do it

  1. Press the round chat button in the bottom-left corner, or Message Chris at the foot of any page.
  2. Pick a starter such as How do I…?, A measurement looks off or Something’s broken, or type in Write to Chris….
  3. As you type a question, a help guide that may answer it appears above the box. Your message still sends either way.
  4. Press the picture button to add a photo or screenshot, then press send. Leave Include what page you are on… ticked when something’s broken.
  5. Chris’s reply comes back to this chat, and the button shows a message is waiting.
