Message Chris for help from the iPhone app

The Support tab is a chat with Chris, who makes Quiltler. Ask a question, send a photo of what you're piecing, or file an idea or a bug under Feedback.

Where to find it

The Support tab → Messages or Feedback.

Get the app

How to do it

  1. Tap Support in the tab bar. Messages opens on your chat with Chris.
  2. Type in Write to Chris…, or tap a quick start like “How do I…?” or “A measurement looks off”.
  3. To show something, tap Attach a photo and choose Camera or a photo from your library.
  4. For an idea or a bug, switch to Feedback, tap Add Feedback, choose Feature Request or Bug Report, add a title and description, and tap Submit.
