Share a shape, block, fabric or bundle with everyone

Things in your library can be shared for other quilters to save: a shape with Share with the community, and a block, fabric or bundle with its Share button. You can stop sharing at any time.

Where to find it

My Library → Shapes → a shape → Share with the community; Share on a block or bundle

Open your shapes
Under My Shapes, Community – Full Moon is opened; its details show Visibility Private, Share with the community is pressed, and the shape is shared publicly, the button now reading Stop sharing

How to do it

  1. Open My Library → Shapes → My Shapes and press the shape you want to share.
  2. Its details show Visibility: Private. Press Share with the community.
  3. The button turns to Stop sharing, and the shape is in the community's Shapes for others to save.
  4. For a block or bundle, press Share on it in My Library → Blocks or Bundles; for a fabric, open it in Fabrics and press Share with the community.

Good to know

  • Stop sharing whenever you like. Copies other quilters already saved stay theirs.
  • Sharing a bundle shares the fabrics and shapes in it too. Things you saved from someone else stay private.
  • To share a whole quilt, use the designer's More → Share & social content → Share to community.
