Copy a community quilt and make it yours

Open a quilt in the community, like it with the heart, and press Save & edit to copy it into your library. Your copy opens in the designer, and the original stays as its maker left it.

Browse community quilts
In Community quilts, Community – Maple Leaves is opened; the heart beside it is pressed and its count goes to 1, and Save & edit copies the quilt into June's library and opens the copy in the designer

How to do it

  1. Open Community → Browse quilts and press a quilt's picture.
  2. Press ♡ to like it. Likes count toward Most liked.
  3. Press Save & edit. The quilt, with the fabrics and shapes it uses, is copied into your library.
  4. Your copy opens in the designer, ready to recolor or resize. It's in My Library → Quilts too.

Good to know

  • Save on a quilt's card in the list copies it without opening it.
  • A copied quilt is yours to edit and sew, not to list or sell.
