Get back a quilt you didn’t save
The studio keeps unsaved work in this browser. Open the designer again and Continue a draft? offers it back; in your library it shows with a Draft badge.
Where to find it
Studio home → Start a quilt → Continue a draft?, or My Library → Quilts, where drafts have a Draft badge.
Open your quiltsHow to do it
- In the same browser you were using, press Start a quilt on the studio home. If unsaved quilts are waiting, Continue a draft? opens.
- Click the quilt you want. It opens on the design wall as you left it.
- Press Save to keep it in your account. Until then it lives only in this browser.
- Unsaved changes to a quilt you had saved before? Opening it from your library asks first: Continue editing keeps the newer work, Open saved version throws it away.
Good to know
- Drafts stay in the browser they were made in, so they don’t follow you to another computer or your phone. Save to keep them everywhere.
- Unsaved changes to a saved quilt are kept for about a month. Clearing this browser’s data removes them.
- Start a new quilt leaves the drafts where they are; you can still open them from My Library → Quilts.
