Hide the side panels for a bigger design wall

Put the settings panel and the palette away to give the quilt the whole window, and bring them back with one click.

Where to find it

Designer → the two panel buttons at the bottom of the left panel

Open the designer
The designer with both side panels open; the panel buttons at the bottom of each put away the settings and then the palette, and Fit makes the Irish Chain fill the room they leave

How to do it

  1. At the bottom of the left panel, press the left-hand panel button to put the settings away.
  2. Press the panel button at the bottom of the palette to put that away too.
  3. Press Fit under the design wall, or F, so the quilt fills the room.
  4. To bring a panel back, press the small tab at that edge of the design wall.

Good to know

  • On a narrow window, the panels start hidden and slide over the design wall when you open them.
