Color & fabric
Design with photos of your own fabric
The fabrics in your stash wait under Fabrics in the designer’s palette. Drag one onto the quilt, or select pieces and click it, to see your real prints in the design before you cut.
How to do it
- Open your quilt and press Go to Fabrics (the fabric icon) at the top of the right panel.
- Drag a fabric from the palette onto a piece. It takes the print.
- Or select pieces first and click a fabric to give them all that print.
- With nothing selected, clicking a fabric loads the Place brush with it, ready to click onto spaces.
Good to know
- Set Which pieces change to All matches in Quilt settings → Controls, and one drop changes every piece of that color.
- No fabrics there yet? The + under Fabrics adds a photo without leaving the designer.
