Color & fabric

Save colors and group them into a palette

Save the solids you use in My Library → Colors, then group them under Palettes into a named shortlist. In the designer, the Shortlist shows a palette’s colors and nothing else.

Where to find it

My Library → Colors → Palettes → New palette.

Open your palettes
In My Library → Colors → Palettes, New palette is named Seaside, four saved colors are ticked into In this palette, and Save 4 colors adds the palette with its four color chips

How to do it

  1. Go to My Library → Colors. To save a color, set its Color and Name, pick a Family and press Save color.
  2. Switch to Palettes and press New palette. Give it a Name.
  3. Click colors under Your colors to put them in the palette, or Add a color to save a new one straight into it.
  4. Press Save (it shows how many colors, like Save 4 colors). The palette is listed with its color chips.
  5. In the designer, choose it under Shortlist → Mix and match → Colors.
