A fat quarter is about 18 by 22 inches. After seams, you cannot tile a 50 by 65 throw from twelve of them without leftover background, sashing, or both. If the throw is mostly large squares, you might get away with a modest stack plus yardage for borders. If it is small patchwork, the stack grows. Plan the throw, then count prints
