Appleseed Quilters Guild presents the 2027 Fort Wayne Quilt Fest on October 8 and 9 at The Hangar at the Kruse Plaza, 5634 Opportunity Boulevard, Auburn. Friday hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. A one-day ticket is $15 and a two-day ticket is $20. The hangar holds a 30,000-square-foot quilt exhibition, with vendors, demos, food, and free ground-level parking. Vintage airplanes hang overhead, and a room of vintage cars is open to visitors. Totes, backpacks, rolling carts, and wagons are not allowed in the show area.
